Account Director

Summary of the Job

  • Managing products and services, boosting the sales in broker and large client segments and achieving sales target.

Duties

  • Design and implement the marketing plan and other action plans
  • Conduct market and product research for improving competitiveness in terms of new product and services
  • Collect information and statistics for compiling reports and papers to obtain approvals
  • Co-ordinate with the sales team and other departments for the cross-selling of products to group insurance members
  • Implement direct marketing channel formation
  • Search for direct clients and prospects and supply leads for direct sales
  • Lead or participate in any ad hoc projects assigned by the company

Responsibilities

  • University graduate with major in Marketing or any other business discipline
  • IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licensed preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in general insurance industry
  • Possess strong commercial sense and be able to co-ordinate with varies parties
  • Solid experiences in sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and innovative
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chines (Cantonese and Mandarin)
